Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026. This policy applies to paid services booked through CareerVista, such as mentor sessions, class-wise plans and workshops. Free tools, the stream test, the dashboard and the free guides carry no charge.
1. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when payment is received and we confirm your slot on WhatsApp or email. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by licensed payment providers or your own UPI app. We do not see or store your card details.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the session time. Please write to info@careervistaconsulting.in or message us on WhatsApp.
3. Cancellation and refunds

| We cancel or cannot deliver the service | Full refund, or a free rescheduled session of your choice |

| Multi-session plans, after the first session | Refund for sessions not yet delivered, after deducting the value of sessions already delivered |
| Report or assessment already delivered | No refund, because the service has been provided |
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to show the amount.
5. Payment problems
If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, write to info@careervistaconsulting.in with your payment reference. Duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.
6. Quality concerns
If you are not satisfied with a session, tell us within 7 days. We will review it fairly and may offer a follow-up session or a partial refund at our discretion.
